Goal:

The correct reporting of machine and operating data via the machine terminals

Content:

• How exactly does the recording of machine uptime and produced quantities take place?
• Starting, finishing and interrupting orders/jobs
• Observance of specifications such as cycle rate/speed
• Correct reporting of down codes (reasons for down time)
• Reporting SPC checks (if installed)
• Logging in/out of personnel at the terminal
• Reporting rejects
• Reporting batch changes
• Display of order progress and remaining run time
• Displaying important job and part documents (at PC terminals)
