Schwer und Kopka GmbH - effiziente Prozess- und Werkzeugüberwachung Ihrer Produktionsmaschinen

Stanztec in Pforzheim, Germany is an important convention for the German stamping industry and its customers. For the sixth time schwer + kopka exhibits in Pforzheim, like the years before with great success. This year 151 exhibitors from five Nations gathered along with 3407 visitors from 31 nations in the CongressCentrum Pforzheim.

We were pleased that many existing and prospect partners used the opportunity to collect first hand information about our current range of products and new developments. Among others we presented a newly developed tool called “Condition Monitoring” – monitoring of the current state of the machine during production through various sensors measuring data such as bearing temperatures, oil levels, compressed air pressure, energy consumption, coolant flow, and others. This tool monitors and also (if required) documents the sensor readings automatically. These sensors are connected to the SK process monitoring units in addition to the existing in-die sensors. Observing the readings of the machine condition sensors can help to initiate preventive maintenance measures in time before major machine damage occurrs.

Our proven Process Monitoring Systems found great resonance once again. Although schwer + kopka monitoring terminals widely belong to standard equipment within the stamping industry to detect subtle stamping waste (“slugs”) or chipped or broken punches – there was huge demand on the Stanztec due to their user friendly surface and the versatile applications. The terminals furthermore secure productive and high quality manufacturing of stampings and bent or formed parts. In addition our systems have the possibility through our MES solution SK-go! to communicate with other IT Systems within your plant.

We thank all guests and customers that visited our booth in Pforzheim and are already looking forward to meet again during the EuroBLECH in Hannover in October 2018. You will find us in Hall 27, Booth J82.
